All deposits are non-refundable. They act as the way to secure your spot and help manage my schedule, often turning away other clients for your reservation.

Yes, payments can be divided into three parts: a 50% non-refundable deposit at the outset, 40% upon first revision, and the remaining 10% due upon completion.

Before we begin, I’ll ask you to complete a brand questionnaire and gather any existing materials such as references, inspiration images, or previous branding assets. This helps me understand your vision and ensure we start the project with clarity and alignment.

Yes. Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, you will receive full ownership of all approved final brand files, including logos, color palettes, and brand assets. Working files (such as editable design source files) are not included.
