The Power of Bach Flowers

A gentle, natural approach to emotional balance that works quietly yet deeply.

They work subtly, aiming to restore harmony between mind and body by addressing the emotional root of imbalance rather than masking symptoms. For example, Mimulus may help with known fears, while Rescue Remedy is often used for moments of acute stress.

During the project, I learned how important it is to see emotions not as something to suppress, but as signals guiding us toward balance. This philosophy mirrors design in many way, both require listening, interpreting, and bringing elements into harmony.

Working with Le Bach was a beautiful opportunity to learn about a natural, non-invasive method for supporting emotional well-being. Bach flowers are a set of 38 plant and flower essences developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, each linked to a specific emotional state.
